The Core OCI Platform organization spans a broad and critical portfolio — including security, user experience, billing, FinOps, dedicated cloud, and more — touching nearly every aspect of how customers build and operate on OCI.

The Chief of Staff, Product Management will partner closely with the Core OCI Platform leadership team to drive operational excellence, manage the rhythm of business, and ensure strategic product priorities are delivered at scale. This role spans product operations, strategic planning, business process optimization, and cross-organizational coordination. You will lead operational workstreams, streamline decision-making, and enable leaders to focus on high-impact product initiatives that shape the future of OCI.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate cross-organizational Rhythm of Business (RoB) workstreams, including OKR tracking, budget management, procurement processes, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee multiple complex, global program initiatives, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and execution within defined timelines.

Metrics & Performance Tracking

  • Define, implement, and refine operational KPIs to measure organizational health, product execution, and strategic outcomes.
  • Drive data-driven reporting and business reviews, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, and impact.

Process Design & Optimization

  • Architect and enhance core business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline execution across teams.

Business Operations Execution

  • Drive core operational activities, including workforce planning, efficiency tracking, capacity management, and executive reporting on KPIs and OKRs.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure seamless collaboration between product, engineering, and business operations teams.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with product management leadership to develop, communicate, and operationalize product and organizational strategies.
  • Balance long-term priorities with short-term deliverables to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration

  • Facilitate clear, concise communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across OCI and broader Oracle teams to coordinate initiatives and share best practices.

Executive Reporting & Presentations

  • Create high-quality reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and risk assessments to guide leadership decision-making.

Continuous Improvement & Agility

  • Maintain a bias for action, iterating on processes and tools to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Foster a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement.
  • 10+ years in product management, product operations, program management, or business operations, ideally in large-scale technology or cloud environments.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating materials for senior leadership.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or platform product environments.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
