Role Overview

Leads Oracle’s Business Applications business for the Healthcare industry across the Gulf States. Responsible for regional GTM execution, revenue growth, sales performance, customer success, and partner ecosystem development for ERP, HCM, and CX applications. Positions Oracle as the trusted advisor for healthcare digital transformation, driving multi-pillar cloud adoption and building long-term industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional healthcare GTM execution and achieve revenue targets for Business Applications.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed bookings, revenue, and renewal objectives.
  • Build and maintain trusted CxO-level relationships with strategic healthcare customers.
  • Accelerate ERP, HCM, and CX adoption to deliver measurable outcomes and transformation value.
  • Sponsor governance for large-scale healthcare transformation programs.
  • Develop industry reference accounts and promote success stories across the market.
  • Build and manage a healthcare-focused partner ecosystem to scale adoption.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform and influence global product strategy and innovation.

  • Achieve double-digit YoY revenue growth in the healthcare vertical.
  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Increase multi-pillar cloud adoption across top-tier healthcare accounts.

Required Experience

  • 20+ years in enterprise software sales, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sustainable 30% YoY growth and driving new customer acquisition.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and leading multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
  • Healthcare industry domain expertise with strong CxO engagement and negotiation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering ERP, HCM, and CX solutions within complex healthcare environments.
  • Deep knowledge of MEA market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Understanding of technology differentiators across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including providers, insurers, RCM, and life sciences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
