About the Role
Our People & Culture team is looking for a Performance & Reward Analyst to join our vast community of solvers. The People & Culture team brings our purpose to life by being innovators across all areas relating to people. We stay ahead of the game on the latest management thinking and cutting edge technology.
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
- Performance and Reward
- Remuneration Practices
- Data Analysis
- Excel Spreadsheets, modeling and manipulation
In our People & Culture team, your impact will be seen by:
- Supporting strategic initiatives and projects that align with the organisation's People & Culture objectives
- Assisting in the administration and management of employee benefits programs
- Serving as the first point of contact for People & Reward (P&R) queries, providing timely support and resolution
- Offering analytical assistance through reporting and modelling throughout the year, inclusive of cyclical Performance and Reward reviews
- Managing data submissions and reporting to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with P&R vendors to optimise service delivery
- Developing and analysing models to support P&R decision-making processes
- Being the custodian of and maintain the integrity of PwC pay framework and structure
- Gathering, analysing, interpreting and providing insights in relation to benchmarking, market salary data and internal relativities
