About the role
As our Clinical Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence across our organisation. You'll design and deliver comprehensive education programs, support clinical staff development, and contribute to risk management initiatives that directly impact the quality of care we provide to our community. This permanent part-time position (15 hours per week) offers excellent work-life balance while allowing you to contribute to significant clinical initiatives that enhance care quality and staff capabilities.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Registered healthcare professional with current AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in clinical education or professional development
- Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
- A relevant tertiary qualification in human/disability services, nursing, or a related field.
- Experience developing and implementing evidence-based clinical education programs
- Experience mentoring and guiding clinical staff in best practice methodologies

Jewish Care Victoria, is a not-for-profit organisation and is one of the largest providers of aged and community services for the Jewish Community in Victoria and has been servicing the community for 175 years. Our staff come from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. We offer an Ethos Day—an enriching learning experience that delves into the intricacies of Jewish history and culture.
