Shift/Schedule:

We are currently seeking individuals who have one year or more experience caring for individuals with Dementia and Alzheimer's. Specific training, certifications and experience in these diseases are highly desired and who wish to work throughout St Charles County. The availability between 7:00AM-7:00PM for shifts is preferred.  Shifts can be two to twelve hours in length.

Job Duties:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with mobility, bathing, dressing and other personal hygiene
• Light housekeeping, laundry, bed linen changes and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Client errands and companionship
• Redirecting

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable/personal vehicle with auto insurance coverage
• Ability to work occasional weekends
• Ability to work in homes with pets and smokers, preferred
• One year of experience working as a Caregiver / CNA / Home Care Aide/Mental Health Tech for Dementia and Alzheimer's geriatric patients, highly preferred
