Global VP, Strategic Partnerships (GSI & RSI)

Job Summary:
Kore.ai is seeking an accomplished and strategic leader to serve as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, focused on Global and Regional System Integrators (GSI & RSI). This executive role is responsible for defining, building, and executing our global partnership strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver value to joint customers. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-oriented, and experienced in creating and scaling high-impact partnerships with top-tier GSIs and RSIs. You will lead a team, manage executive-level relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success of our global partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global GSI and RSI partnership strategy with clear vision, go-to-market plan, and KPIs.
- Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic GSI and RSI partners. Negotiate complex agreements, develop joint business plans, and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Revenue Generation: Partner with global sales leadership to drive co-selling motions, accelerate pipeline, and close deals. Establish partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
- Enablement & Education: Build and deliver world-class partner enablement programs, including sales training, technical certifications, and solution development.
- Joint Solutions: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop joint solutions and integrations that meet market needs and create competitive advantage.
- Co-Marketing: Work with marketing to create co-branded campaigns, content, and events that generate demand and showcase joint success stories.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of partner managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
- Performance Reporting: Define and track key metrics, provide regular reports on partner ecosystem health, and optimize partnership performance through data-driven decisions.
- Capability Building: Build internal capability, CoE or Practice comprising solutioning, build and delivery expertise within the GSI/RSI's.
- Global Engagement: Travel up to 30% to meet partners, support joint initiatives, and strengthen executive relationships.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 10+ years in strategic partnerships with both GSI & RSI, sales, business development management roles in enterprise software/SaaS companies required. Highly preferred within GAI sales & solutioning enterprise software/SaaS companies.
- Proven & significant experience building and scaling partnerships with Global System Integrators and Regional System Integrators required.
- Pre-existing network of contacts in ISVs, vendors, system integrators, solution providers, and/or BPO firms is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience, managing and developing global teams required.
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales cycles, and leveraging partnerships to drive business outcomes required. - Prior experience at fast-paced startups and comfort working in unstructured environments required. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable influencing C-level executives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively across internal and external teams, and execute in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Industry vertical experience in financial services, healthcare, travel & hospitality, telecom, mobile ecommerce, or social networking preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing, or related fields required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Depending on specific professional experience and geographical location of individuals, the salary for this position ranges from $230,000 - $240,000. Additional wage/bonus/commission and benefit details will be shared during the formal interview process for this full-time employment opportunity.
