Salary: circa £36,000

Here within Anglian Water, we collaborate with a number of alliance partners to provide the best water and water recycling services across the region by maintaining our existing assets and undertaking new projects to safeguard future water supplies.
Playing a key part in our drive to bring environmental and social prosperity to the region we serve through our commitment to Love Every Drop are our Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS) Alliance. Comprising of Anglian Water, MGroup, Barhale and Kier, the IOS Alliance work together to concentrate on solutions across the water recycling and clean water asset base.
What will you be doing as our new Project Delivery Co-Ordinator?
The Project Delivery Coordinator works in collaboration with the Delivery Director, providing support for various activities throughout the lifecycle of individual projects and parcels to ensure the successful completion within set levels of service, in line with relevant governance and to the satisfaction of our internal stakeholders.
The post holder will provide support to the delivery Director in the following key areas:
Support production and collation of the monthly Senior Leadership information for the suite of meetings
Attend Senior and Executive meetings to provide administrative support and take minutes and actions
Organise and conduct the Senior Key Stakeholder customer interviews and improvement plans
Support the production of a communication plan for IOS to enable a stream of internal and external communications including LINKEDIN
Provide support for the various Health and Safety Data and initiatives in place for IOS including the production of the monthly reporting

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours
Educated to A level standard with appropriate technical qualification or equivalent experience
Proven administration experience in the management of Projects and know what's necessary to meet its goals and objectives
Knowledge of Water and Water Recycling operational processes
Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, and in particular the application of the CDM Regulations
Full UK Driving Licence
IOSH (desirable)
Excellent organisational, data entry, time management, problem-solving, risk management networking and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Effective communication, collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to constructively challenge.
Ability to work in with sensitive and confidential information
Proven ability to manage information and data quality
Good IT skills particularly in the use of MS Office, SAP, M2i, Power Bi.
