Mental health challenges can deeply affect both mind and body. When conditions such as depression, psychosis, addiction, or other psychiatric disorders reach critical levels, individuals may be at risk of harming themselves or others.

Meritus Health’s 18-bed Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit provides specialized, compassionate care for these patients. We admit adults 24/7 through our Emergency Department or via physician referral, ensuring timely intervention and support during mental health crises.

As an RN on our Behavioral Health team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based nursing care, supporting patients through their recovery journey, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving mental well-being.

Requirements

ASN Required. BSN Preferred.
Minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse
Current Maryland RN license or eligible for
Current BLS
