LOCATION: Remote 

POSITION: Implementation Specialist

 This role reports directly to the Director of Operations & Implementation and may receive directions from other Operations Managers as needed. The Implementation Specialist will collaborate closely with the Processing and IT teams, maintaining regular communication, addressing action items, and—when necessary—taking full ownership of the onboarding process to ensure timely and successful client implementation.

 

Position Overview:
 

The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition for new healthcare clients to HealthMark Group’s

Release of Information and Form Completion services. 

 

This position focuses on two key objectives:

  1. Guiding new clients through a successful onboarding process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations.
  2. Managing the accurate input and ongoing maintenance of client data within HealthMark’ s MedRelease software.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new healthcare clients.
  • Enter, verify, and maintain accurate client data within the MedRelease platform.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation experience.
  • Partner with Processing and IT teams to resolve technical or process-related issues promptly.
  • Track and meet strict deadlines to ensure timely client activation.
  • Provide status updates and communicate progress to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of HealthMark’s service lines, processes, and technology to support client needs effectively.
