The role

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to drive excellence in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and commercial decision-making. This role will lead the development and execution of robust financial frameworks that support customer quoting, margin analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, data-driven professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing financial performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.

What You’ll Do

Quote Model Ownership & Governance: leads the development and oversight of the Quote Model and PFA Standard Work, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies through accurate, compliant financial modeling. Serves as the financial structuring expert, driving continuous improvement and supporting analytical excellence.
Financial Framework Development: designs and maintains the PFA model, integrating key financial elements like unit economics, volume forecasts, and ramp curves. Converts cross-functional inputs into customer-facing deliverables while ensuring financial integrity, margin alignment, and adherence to standardized costing practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Input Consolidation: integrates inputs from Strategic Quoting and RFQ Manager to ensure accurate commercial outputs. Build strong cross-functional partnerships to support quote development and addresses cost/pricing requests from Account Managers under departmental guidance.
Executive Review & Leadership Briefing: prepares financial components of quote presentations, highlighting key metrics (NPV, IRR, contribution margin). Briefs leadership to ensure alignment and escalates financial risks or assumptions requiring strategic input.
Post-Quote Iteration & Change Management: updates financials in response to customer feedback, enabling fast, accurate iterations with Strategic Quoting and RFQ Manager. Reviews EC quote packages, prepares financial updates, and analyzes KPIs to assess pricing and capital amortization impacts on active programs.
Pricing Data Maintenance & Reporting: maintains current pricing documentation for all shipped parts, oversees the contract review database, and reconciles discrepancies with Account Management. Prepares monthly accruals, margin reports, and commercial summaries, while managing the Open Commercial Issues list to ensure transparency and timely resolution.
Systems, Tools & Administrative Support: manages customer PO downloads and pricing updates, maintains accurate sell price data in internal systems, and supports contract review documentation. Participates in staff meetings, provides program updates, and handles administrative tasks as assigned.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
8–10 years of automotive industry experience
Strong technical aptitude with financial tools and systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High ethical standards and professionalism
Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality practices
