Liquid Manufacturing Lead

This position is responsible for assisting the liquid supervisor in planning and executing daily objectives. The Liquid department activities include but are not limited to:  monitoring batches, problem-solving, project planning, culture sample test, safety, and following instructions to create batches.

Ascending/descending stairs and ability to work at heights on open grating up to 50’ elevation. Climb up and down ladders. Can enter and exit mobile equipment such as forklift. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Acquire knowledge and understanding of all liquid products and formulations to adequately support operations at the Salt Lake City, Utah, production facility.
• Provide leadership to the liquid shift team as well as the shift supervisor.
• Liquid Supervisor:
• Comply with prescribed safety procedures or federal laws regulating waste disposal methods
• Watch new personnel closely during their probationary periods to create a positive safety culture.
