Details:

Full Time - Monday - Friday
Out patient setting
Shift: 7:00am to 7:00pm and then 7:00pm to 7:00am - 7 days a week - Wednesday to Tuesday

Job Requirements:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Must provide NPI number
Any active State License
BLS & ACLS thru the American Heart Association
