AML-KYC Analyst

What You Will Do:

The Compliance Analyst will join Petra’s Compliance Team in assisting private equity, private credit and venture capital investment adviser clients in developing and maintaining robust compliance programs as required by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform investor AML/KYC checks using a risk database system
• Control and follow-up on pending investor documentation by clients
• Organize tracking logs for ongoing progress monitoring
• Review and clear daily alerts generated by the risk database
• Escalate alerts to cases for further review in a timely manner, as appropriate
• Reviewing marketing materials
• Assist clients with tailored compliance questions

 

Salary Range
At Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $62,000 - $103,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only. Actual pay will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
