Job Description
The Leadership Development Associate will play a key role in supporting and implementing leadership training programs, talent development initiatives, and strategic growth projects. This position involves collaborating with senior leaders, facilitating workshops, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our team members have the tools they need to excel.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design, development, and delivery of leadership training programs.
Collaborate with HR and management to identify leadership development needs.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and group discussions.
Track and evaluate program effectiveness using established metrics.
Support mentorship programs and internal talent pipelines.
Prepare reports, presentations, and development plans for leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in training, leadership development, or organizational growth programs.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
