We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Leadership Development Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the design and implementation of leadership training programs, mentor emerging leaders, and contribute to the development of strategies that enhance organizational performance. Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering leadership training programs.
Collaborate with managers to identify leadership development needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and learning sessions for team members.
Support strategic projects aimed at improving organizational culture and leadership capacity.
Maintain records and reports on leadership program outcomes.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in leadership training, coaching, or organizational development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
