We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support our event coordination and sales operations. This role involves working closely with the events and sales teams to plan, organize, and execute high-quality events while assisting with client outreach and sales follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and promotional events.

  • Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, and event setup.

  • Support the sales team with client communication, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and event details.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency at events.

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

  • Monitor event and sales performance, preparing reports as needed.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
