We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to support our event coordination and sales operations. This role involves working closely with the events and sales teams to plan, organize, and execute high-quality events while assisting with client outreach and sales follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and promotional events.
Coordinate logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, and event setup.
Support the sales team with client communication, proposal preparation, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, and event details.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency at events.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor event and sales performance, preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
