We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently, and delivering a positive experience at every interaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

  • Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and coordinating with relevant departments.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.

  • Provide product or service information to customers and guide them through processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.

  • Support team members and contribute to departmental goals.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
