The MarTech Program Lead owns the end‑to‑end delivery of technology‑driven marketing initiatives and the continuous improvement of our MarTech stack. You will orchestrate project execution, lead platform/tool discovery, and manage a lean offshore QA and CRM operations team—ensuring campaigns and customer journeys are delivered flawlessly and on time. This role bridges the gap between Marketing strategy and IT execution, freeing senior SFMC architects/developers to focus on high‑value journey design and optimization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Program Delivery Leadership – Plan, track, and drive MarTech projects from backlog through launch; communicate status and risks to stakeholders without jargon.
  • Platform & Tool Discovery – Scout, evaluate, and pilot new technologies (CDP, journey orchestration, AI) and make ROI‑backed recommendations.
  • Team Leadership (India Pod) – Mentor and manage QA Analysts (Web & CRM) and CRM Specialist; ensure time‑zone‑friendly communication and high performance.

  • Process & Quality Governance – Establish testing standards, automate QA where possible, and drive continuous improvement across delivery workflows.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly manages 3 offshore teammates (2 QA Analysts, 1 CRM Specialist).
  • Provides coaching, feedback, and professional development to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years leading digital or MarTech programs (formal PM title not required)
  • Knowledge of/Experience in Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud; experience administering campaigns, data models, and integrations.
  • Proven track record managing remote/outsourced teams and vendors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred).
  • 5+ Agile/Scrum certification (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in both technical (APIs, data flows) and marketing (CTR, MQL) concepts.
  • Strong vendor evaluation/negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—able to translate complexity into plain language.
  • Ruthless prioritizer; thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and customer obsessed.
  • Positive demeanor and sense of humor.
