Position Overview
The Digital Production Artist is responsible for preparing projects for development and implementing updates and revisions to digital content after it has routed through internal teams such as design, copy, development, and client review. This role ensures that final deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and ready for distribution across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, proficiency in design software, and the ability to execute changes efficiently based on feedback from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Content Updates:
Apply updates to digital assets such as websites, banner ads, social media graphics, and emails based on feedback from creative, development, and account teams.
File Management:
Maintain organized file structures and ensure that all assets are properly labeled and stored within internal systems for future access.
Quality Assurance:
Review digital assets to ensure that all revisions are accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and adhere to best practices in design and usability.
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure content updates are made efficiently and correctly.
Asset Production:
Generate production-ready files and formats for web, email, or other digital platforms, ensuring consistency in layout, fonts, images, and overall presentation.
Version Control:
Track multiple versions of assets, ensuring that the latest approved version is implemented and all stakeholders are informed of changes.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Address minor technical issues in digital assets, such as broken links, image resolution problems, or formatting inconsistencies.
Compliance:
Ensure that all digital assets meet industry-specific standards, such as accessibility and SEO requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a digital production or design role, preferably in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Figma required
- Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong understanding of web production requirements essential
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute precise revisions while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming design or technical challenges.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to clarify revision instructions and provide updates to internal teams regarding project progress. A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing practices, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000
The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
