Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Demonstrates a high degree of Velaa’s culture and service standards and reflects the values of Velaa Private Island.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly between the airport, transport services, and resort operations.
• Check with Front Office Team for additional bookings, cancellation, flight changes and any other additional instructions. Also, report to resort team for any flight delay or cancellation on both incoming and outgoing flights.

Qualifications

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in Luxury Hotel/Resort.
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in guest service, hospitality, or airport operations preferred.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proactive and driven, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
