We're looking for an IT Specialist passionate about systems, security, and helping others do their best work.
As a member of the internal IT team, you’ll support employees across multiple regions, improve IT systems and processes, and help keep our endpoints, identity management, and compliance posture sharp.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding/offboarding and day-to-day IT needs across EE and UK
Contribute to IT documentation, automation, and process improvements
Manage and secure endpoints using Jamf, Intune, or similar MDM tools
Administer Okta
Help ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related frameworks
Assist with vendor evaluations, renewals, and tool integrations
Collaborate with HR, Legal, DevSecOps, and others on cross-functional needs
Required:
1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems roles
Proven ability to learn quickly and operate independently
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Experience with Okta and SSO/SCIM
Familiarity with endpoint protection and device management (e.g. Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
Interest in security, compliance, and scalable IT processes
Bonus (Nice-to-Have):
Exposure to frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001
Experience with tools like Jira Service Management or Vanta
Familiarity with scripting, automation, or SaaS integrations
Experience with incident response plans and related incident alert configurations (EDR/SIEM)
