We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to oversee projects from initiation to completion, enhance production processes, and prepare operations for new product launches. This role involves managing capital projects, introducing new equipment technologies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Develop project schedules, identify risks, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, equipment specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, EPA, and safety standards.
• Design and oversee packaging lines, layouts, and equipment installation.
• Lead capital and equipment transfer projects to successful completion.
• Analyze equipment capacity and coordinate purchases or disposals.
• Develop operating procedures, process specifications, and work instructions.
• Lead and engage teams, set goals and KPIs, and foster employee development.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience supervising hourly workforces and managing performance.
• Knowledge of GMP practices preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and react to shifting priorities.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
