What You Can Look Forward To:

Energy Recovery, Inc.is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate Full-Time job opening for the position of Director, IT Enterprise Systems, within the Information Technology team at our San Leandro, Ca. facility. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of Energy Recovery Inc.’s Enterprise Systems including but not limited to Dynamics 365 F&O, Dynamics CRM, UltiPro HRIS, Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Cobblestone LMS. 

What Will You Do?

  • Lead and manage a team of solution architects and consultants delivering D365 Finance and Operations projects.
  • Oversee full lifecycle ERP, CRM, and other Enterprise Systems implementations, integrations, ensuring alignment with client business goals and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Serve as a senior solution architect for complex supply chain and finance implementations.
  • Develop and refine best practices for ERP delivery, including project management, data migration, and business process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand service offerings and improve delivery efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting and delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Proven track record of leading ERP implementations.
  • Strong background in supply chain management, order processing, warehouse management, and project management.
  • Experience designing and optimizing business processes to support scalable ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with IT compliance standards (e.g., SOX) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
