Must-Have Skills

• Full proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience in designing architectures and applying design patterns in Salesforce.
• Technical leadership and mentoring of junior developers.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex integration architectures.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines).
• Expertise in performance optimization (batch executions, governor limits).
• Ability to evaluate and select external technologies or tools.
• Experience in defining and implementing security and access management strategies in Salesforce (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Platform Developer II and/or Architect certification highly valued.
