Job Summary

The Senior Delivery Lead ensures successful project execution at Encora by managing planning, delivery, team coordination, stakeholder communication and risk mitigation. This role is responsible for meeting quality, time, and budget goals while fostering Agile practices and maintaining strong collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties

Own delivery plans, align with customer priorities and ensure work complies with contractual terms.
Support timesheets, invoicing, forecasting, and budget tracking.
Act as the main contact for customers and internal teams; lead project meetings and presentations.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and manage tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
Work with Tech Leads and Architects to assess solutions and impacts.
Identify and escalate risks/issues with mitigation plans.
Provide status updates, KPIs, and ensure timely timesheet approvals.
Ensure delivery meets expectations for time, budget, and quality.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 8 years of experience in project delivery and team leadership.
Proven ability to manage large accounts with multiple work streams and distributed teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
Solid understanding of financial management and contractual obligations.

Strong communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in risk identification, mitigation and escalation.
Capability to coach teams and ensure adherence to Agile processes.
