Required Skills

• Proven hands-on experience with motion graphics (After Effects), video editing, and practical camera skills (including shooting videos on phones) for social media content creation. 
• Strong conceptual abilities, solid art direction skills and a deep knowledge of the digital and social landscape.
• Good client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge.
• Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design.
• Desire to take on new challenges, grow and learn every day.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to be a "maker" - actively involved in the production of social content rather than solely managing external vendors. 
• Familiarity with or strong interest in the technology sector. 
• A portfolio that showcases a strong "maker" sensibility and diverse social media content, particularly short-form video and motion graphics. 

Required Experience

• A bachelor’s degree, design and advertising emphasis preferred.
• Three-plus years of experience in an agency setting (or in-house social team with high volume output).

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. _$60,000—$140,000 USD
