As a project management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
You will develop and implement logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products to enhance product flow. You'll provide analytical support for the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. You'll conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory, and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve preferred delivery times and order fill rates. You will maintain appropriate records and prepare reports. You'll coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers.

You Have:
5+ years of experience working in an operational logistics environment
Experience with DoD supply chain management systems or software
Experience with using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with coordinating multiple functional areas to provide status of procurements
Knowledge of cradle to grave logistics and procurement tracking
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with advising for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs
Experience working within the SOF community
Experience with the DoD, including army logistics regulations
Ability to work with multiple specialties
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
