We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance websites and digital experiences for our customers. As a technical leader within our Digital Experience team, you will guide the implementation of modern web solutions that support millions of telecom users across self-service, commerce, and content platforms.
This role combines hands-on coding, architecture planning, and technical leadership — driving innovation and best practices across front-end and back-end development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of customer-facing web applications and portals with a focus on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
Architect scalable and secure solutions that integrate with telecom systems (billing, provisioning, CRM, etc.).
Provide hands-on development in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
Mentor a cross-functional team of front-end and back-end developers; conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions.
Collaborate with UX, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices in cloud-native environments.
Stay current on emerging technologies and help evaluate their potential adoption in the telecom digital landscape.
Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Contribute to roadmap planning, estimations, and risk assessments for web platform initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
7+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and API design.
Experience integrating web apps with complex enterprise systems (e.g., order management, identity, billing).
Deep understanding of CI/CD tools, Git, Docker, and cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with telecom industry standards such as TM Forum APIs, OAuth/SAML for secure integrations.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional development efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or headless CMS solutions).
Understanding of SEO, analytics tagging, and web performance tuning (Lighthouse, Web Vitals).
Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems or customer journey optimization platforms.
Prior experience modernizing legacy monolith websites to micro front-end architectures.
