The Operations Senior Executive of DECKERS is responsible for UGG's online JD channel business.
This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, driving operational excellence, resolving complex operational issues, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
He/she will possess a good knowledge of e-commerce business, strong operational capabilities, expertise in developing sales plans, and problem-solving skills. It is essential that he/she has a good understanding of merchandise planning, EMKT investment planning, customer service, TP & agency management, as well as MKT GTM planning.
40% SALES ACHIEVEMENT, OPERATION & EXECUTION
• In charge of UGG's online JD flagship store and JD self-operated store, with the goal of achieving the annual sales target.
• Assist the line manager in developing differentiated operations for both the flagship store and self-operated store through product, consumer, and investment segmentation.
• Demonstrate strong business ownership and a clear understanding of trends on JD.com, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the TP team, set clear KPIs, and lead the team in aligning with the brand’s business strategy and direction to ensure sales targets are met.
• Assist the line manager to maintain close communication with the JD category team to obtain first-hand information and capture potential sales opportunities.
30% BUSINESS PLANNING
• Follow the channel business strategy, develop pre-season sales plans before each season, and assist the line manager in adjusting and refining them based on the current business situation.
• Develop the SS/FW season tracking plan to expand the brand’s audience reach through product matrix and key initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of daily operational metrics (including key item sales, traffic, conversion rate, consumer behaviors, and paid media efficiency) to optimize real-time sales plans.
• Execute, follow up with, and evaluate the TP team on the implementation of monthly/quarterly/yearly plans.
20% TEAM COLLABORATION &COMMUNICATION
• Cooperate with internal partners (including the EMKT team, merch and buyer team, logistics team, etc.) to manage daily operations, enhance customer experience, and identify opportunities.
• Serve as a project leader to launch online 618/D11/D12 campaigns and promotions with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the TP team to track and analyze business performance, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• Assist the line manager in establishing strategic cooperation with the platform, engaging in negotiations to secure more resources and facilitate the landing of IP campaigns.
• Maintain efficient and transparent communication, with accurate and on-time deliverables.
10% ROUTINE & DAILY REPORT
• Track and assist the line manager in adjusting quarterly and yearly Budget, FCST sales, Commission Expenses, and P&L.
• Be responsible for regular reporting to different cross-functional teams and TP agencies. Leverage data analysis to track and analyze business performance.
