Senior Engineer

Job Description:

The Job/What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead complex implementations, define technical standards, and drive architectural improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our Salesforce platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with strategic goals.

This is a full-time position in our Concord, CA office with a hybrid work schedule.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Concord, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and enforce coding standards and design patterns.
• Guide integration of Salesforce with ERPs, marketing platforms, and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and admins.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
• Review technical architecture and offer strategic input to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, custom objects, etc.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL.
• Experience with system integrations and enterprise architecture.

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including complex solution design.
• Proven leadership in driving platform adoption and mentoring teams.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certifications a plus.

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $184,000-$204,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
