The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Account Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skill: Very Proficient
Salary Range: PHP 43,000
Job Responsibilities
Ability to maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; Care about clients and results
Self-starter, ability to work independently and coordinate directly with team members with minimal supervision
Problem solver, must have a take-charge attitude
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to adapt to change, and balance competing demands
Persistent follow-up with vendor & customer coordination
Display careful execution and follow through on projects from inception and delivery
Possess good communication skills, written and verbal
Additional Job Requirements
3+ years of sales experience in the Ad Specialty and Promotional. Product industry is preferred.
Proven success as a self-starter, ability to work independently, and solve problems with a take-charge attitude and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Goal-oriented with superior work ethic and effective time management skills. • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changes and consistently balance competing demands.
Experienced in Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
