Role Overview:
At Huntsman we are opening the recruitment process for the position of Learning & Development Partner for EAMEI region, based in our GBS hub in Krakow, Poland. This position will report to the Regional L&D Manager EAMEI.
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead strategic learning initiatives across the EAMEI region. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and delivering impactful programs, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging digital tools to support employee growth and organizational goals.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Learning & Development Partner EAMEI, you will be responsible for:
Learning Roadmap:
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify learning needs aligned with organizational goals.
Create and maintain training roadmap for the EAMEI region.
Onboarding Program - support the effective onboarding of Krakow associates and provide support with virtual Onboarding for EAMEI region.
Program Design and Delivery:
Design engaging and innovative learning programs, including workshops, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
Facilitate training sessions for individual contributors (programs related to personal effectiveness and communication), workshops (DiSC Styles), and leadership development programs.
Self-Directed E-Learning - promote E-learning content and create development tracks with LinkedIn Learning
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR, leadership teams, and subject matter experts to assess training needs.
Act as a trusted advisor on best practices in learning and employee development.
Evaluation and Measurement:
Use metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Continuously improve programs based on learner feedback and performance outcomes.
Monitor ROI of training investments and align with business impact.
Technology and Tools:
Leverage learning management system (Workday Learning) to deliver and track training programs.
Stay updated on trends in L&D technology and recommend innovative tools.
Drive digital learning initiatives to enhance accessibility and scalability.
Assessments:
Launch assessments (360 feedback, DiSC Styles and third-party leadership assessments).
Communicate with the participants and third-party vendors who provide the assessments.
Support the payment process for L&D vendors through coordination with internal and external partners.
Experience and Competencies:
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
Fluency in English.
Prior experience designing and facilitating training both in person and virtually.
Prior experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required; familiarity with Workday Learning and Succession Planning is a plus.
Experience with Instructional Design tools (i.e. Captiva, Articulate) will be beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
