Summary of Role:
RF and Analog Test development engineering position supporting the design of hardware and software to enable high volume testing of RF and mmWave phased array radar, analog sensors and digital AI controllers for automotive applications. The engineer will interface with both internal and external world wide circuit design teams to accelerate functional verification of the circuits and provide robust, cost effective, manufacturing test solutions.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Write robust, software in Java and Python
Interface with RF and analog circuit designers to develop best methods to verify IC performance
Design RF and analog test boards using Cadence Allegro schematic and Cadence simulation tools
Collaborate with RF Circuit designers to debug and analyze circuit IC data to accelerate time to market
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Education – Graduating with Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
Proficiency and 1 year of experience in Python and Java programming
Must have at least an overall 3.5 GPA and proven good academic standing.
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior related internship or co-op experience.
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Strong software skills programming in a Linux and Windows environment
Proficiency in using AI tools for assisting in data analysis and programming
Understanding of mmWave equipment and calibration procedures

Expected Salary Range
$65,400.00 - $145,800.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
