Business Development Lead business development for sensor/valve/actuator product lines, focusing on OEM & Tier-1 accounts. Identify high-potential opportunities, qualify sales inquiries, and translate customer requirements into actionable strategies.

Commercial Execution Manage end-to-end business practices: RFQ processing, competitive quoting, new business nomination, contract negotiation, order fulfillment, and A/R collection. Ensure timely project follow-ups, progress tracking, and VOC (Voice of Customer) representation.

Market Analysis Formulate competitive assessments and market penetration plans aligned with Company goals. Develop tactical strategies to secure projects at target prices.

Customer & Internal Collaboration Provide on-site application engineering support for product integration. Maintain close internal collaboration for pricing, material fluctuation adjustments, and policy compliance. Build long-term customer relationships as a strategic high-competency supplier.

Reporting & Compliance Regularly report business development metrics, sales pipelines, and resource needs to management. Ensure compliance with Japanese/Korean trade laws and Stoneridge global policies.
