About The Role:

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Regional Director will be a critical driver of Breezeline’s growth strategy.  This leader will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive significant revenue growth, expand market share, and build a high-performing sales organization. In addition this leader will work with critical cross-functional partners to ensure service delivery, customer service and technical reliability is “best-in-class”.The Director will own the region's P&L, developing and leading a team of sales professionals to acquire new customers (residential, bulk and commercial) while ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.

This  position requires deep familiarity with the Southern Florida business landscape, specifically as relates to bulk services, and will involve regular travel throughout the region to engage with key clients, partners, and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Regional Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a long-term, strategic plan to achieve aggressive revenue goals and establish market leadership in Southern Florida.

  • P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of the regional sales budget, including accurate forecasting, resource allocation, and profitability management.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales managers and account executives. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional growth, developing the next generation of sales leaders.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, competitive trends, and market dynamics specific to the South Florida region. Prioritize strategic initiatives to capture market share from competitors.

  • Executive-Level Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, strategic partners, and influential community stakeholders to drive major new business and secure long-term contracts.

  • Performance Management: Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales performance. Deliver precise and insightful reports on revenue, pipeline, forecasts, and regional market status to senior leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership in Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and drive initiatives that support regional growth, brand presence, and operational excellence.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Breezeline at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, championing our brand and value proposition throughout the business community.

Qualifications:

  • Market Expertise: Proven track record of success within the Southern Florida market and demonstrated relationships within the segment which will enable success.

  • Sales Leadership Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a Director-level or equivalent role managing other sales leaders.

  • Strategic Acumen: Excellence in analyzing complex market data, identifying strategic opportunities, and translating them into actionable, high-impact sales plans.

  • Industry Experience: Significant experience in the telecommunications, ISP, or related technology sectors is strongly preferred.

  • Executive Presence: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence C-level executives.

  • Inspirational Leader: A proven sales mentor and coach with a passion for developing high-performing, motivated sales teams.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A results-oriented leader with a strong entrepreneurial drive, a track record of personal initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred
