(Junior) Manager Indirect Procurement

YOUR MISSION

The (Junior) Manager Indirect Procurement is responsible for data-driven support of procurement activities, including reporting, spend analysis, and driving transparency. The role supports category and project teams with insights, tools, and structured best practice sharing and enhances technology roll-out such as Spend Cube updates and future system selections.

• Manage, enhance and update procurement analytics, spend cube, and dashboard updates in alignment with key buyers, functions and analytical teams​

• Conduct and prepare structured reporting on savings, supplier performance, and procurement KPIs​

• Support strategic initiative planning and alignment with data insights​

• Support compliance tracking and initiative monitoring​

• Enable best practice sharing across key buyers, functions and regions​

• Assist in selecting and integrating procurement tools and systems in collaboration with technical departments, key buyers, regions and functions​

• Gather and structure market and sourcing data to inform decision-making.

YOUR TALENT

• Successfully completed business studies or comparable professional training​

• At least 1 – 3 years of proven professional experience in procurement analytics, controlling, or purchasing (fashion retail / consumer goods sector)​

• Procurement knowledge, understanding of sourcing levers and deployment of such​

• Analytical thinking with attention to detail​

• Team-oriented, reliable, and structured working style​

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Ideally PowerBI)​

• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa) ​

• Business fluent in English, both written and spoken (German or additional foreign language(s) advantageous).
