Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans, incorporating both manual and automated testing for complex, cross-functional systems.
  • Perform in-depth functional, end-to-end, and scenario-based testing to identify defects, with a focus on complex and high-priority use cases.
  • Develop and maintain advanced automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Postman, streamlining test processes and improving overall efficiency.
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle, including logging, tracking, and resolution of issues using tools like JIRA, ensuring effective communication and rapid turnaround on bug fixes.
  • Oversee integration testing across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and interoperability between systems.
  • Take the lead on regression testing, ensuring that new features and updates do not impact existing system functionality or performance.
  • Conduct advanced SQL queries and data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy within complex systems and workflows.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement within the QA function.
