The Role

• Building, migrating, deploying, updating and maintaining scalable solutions based on RedHat OpenShift

• Providing support during  critical situation and incident management, effectively support troubleshooting and ensuring platform stability

• Managing clusters, automating processes and performance optimization

• Lead technical discussions across teams and with clients

• Support 24/7 operations and implement monitoring, backup, and patching strategies

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable solutions on Red Hat OpenShift

Who You Are

Key skills 

• 1+ year hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes, a strong background with Kubernetes is a major plus 

• Strong background in GitOps, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Go), and automation

• Familiarity with Red Hat tools (Ansible, RH Application Runtimes)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments

• DevOps mindset and problem-solving skills

• Certifications like Red Hat Certified OpenShift Administrator or CKA are a plus

• Fluent English

Bonus Skills: 

• Kafka, Elastic, network configuration, LDAP integration

• Monitoring tools and log/event management

• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced environments

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
