Job Description:

• Market making Index Options in Indian market
• Strictly comply with regulatory policies and risk limits
• Monitor & hedge positions effectively
• Enhance system resiliency and effectiveness
• Work closely with traders and developers to automate processes and design trading strategies

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from well-known universities
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in index options trading in India, preferably with local working experience
• Able to multi task and to work well under pressure, with strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Coding skills (Python, VBA) would be preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English
