Senior Payroll Analyst

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection.
• Participate in process improvement and cost control projects.
• Assist in the communication of financial data and insights.
• Support financial compliance and reporting efforts.
• Contribute to financial system enhancements.
• Provide assistance on various financial projects.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in finance or related roles
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting
• Proficiencies in financial operations and data analysis
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Finance or a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus
