In this role, you will Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops sales plan for a specific region.

As a Proposals Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing overall bid coordination to ensure timely, high quality and optimized response to the customer.
Maintaining customer portal details and any local requirements in relation to bid submission.
Coordinating and collaborating across several functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
Upholding the integrity and oversee the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures.
Supporting the Global OFSE HQ Early Engagement team with any region EE opportunities and tenders
Working on OFSE and cross-PL MW opportunities and tenders; work in collaboration with the Global OFSE HQ Commercial Operations team and Global IS HQ Commercial Operations team for select projects
Using standardization, knowledge sharing, best practices, and customer intimacy to drive simplification of contractual needs and responses

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Have at least 5 years’ experience in the ITO process; projects business; P&L management; and commercial discipline
Have experience with Commercial Tools, analytical systems and platforms like Deal Machine, Quote Machine /CPQ to drive effective margin management & price execution
Have proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills. Effective problem identification and solutioning skills
Be able to manage several medium-to-high profile projects simultaneously
Have Strong oral and written communication skills
