Job Description

To provide exceptional customer service to all CCIB Clients and offer administrative support to the CCIB Division. This role is also responsible for trainings coordination, process optimisation, reporting, executing all the regulatory, risk and compliance related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Issue/cancel access mechanisms to operate on an account.
  • Ensure compliance of all related procedures
  • Ensuring compliance of clients accounts i.e. KYC
  • Ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Opening of an account
  • Change customer details
  • Achieve net profit growth for business Manage costs/expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Manage existing clients and grow portfolio through making contact and generating leads.
  • Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service
  • Manage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client base.
  • Maintenance of expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedure, processing and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevant product and service targets.
  • Maximise cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Track, control and influence sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determined sales team targets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in Commerce or Business-related field
  • Preferred BCom Degree in a related field or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in a service-related role or banking environment
  • Prior administrative or client services experience within a corporate organization an added advantage
