Job Responsibilities :

  • Analyze sales performance data and lead discussions with Regional Sales teams to support accurate forecasting, leveraging historical trends and projected volumes
  • Partner with regional sales teams to identify growth opportunities and improve forecast accuracy through regular reviews of sales pipelines and upcoming events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives, particularly around new product launches (NPI)
  • Drive continuous process improvements by automating the generation of key sales data (sell-in, sell-out, sell-through) to support better forecasting and operational efficiency
  • Regularly review and optimize planning processes to improve overall effectiveness and accuracy

Pre-Requisites :

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales planning or demand forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through data
  • Effective cross-functional communicator, especially with sales and operations teams
  • Experience supporting NPI planning and execution
  • Proactive in process improvement and automation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Interest in gaming or gaming products is a plus
