Associate Marketing Manager - Healthcare - Camberley (UK) / Barcelona (Spain)
Meet the team:
We are seeking a marketing professional to play an essential role in developing customer communication and engagement strategies, as well as regionwide activation plans to support growth our our Dexcom product portfolio in the EMEA region. You will work as part of a highly skilled & collaborative regional team committed to supporting your growth and development. This is a high impact position & offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our mission effectively.

Where you come in:
- Leading the ideation, development, and execution of communication strategies to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy.
- Collaborate with global and country marketing teams to develop an EMEA content strategy and calendar that aligns with the EMEA growth strategy, innovation pipeline, and local market needs.
- Coordinating agencies and internal teams to develop user and healthcare professional (HCP) journeys, identifying appropriate touchpoints for communication campaigns, and creating content that addresses key needs and insights to improve the performance of our communications, strengthen familiarity, trial, and usage or prescription of our products as well as to enhance the overall Dexcom brand performance.
- Building campaign playbooks and tool kits to support local adaptation of regional campaigns.
- Getting necessary cross-functional approvals in Veeva system for regional communication materials.
- Acting as brand guardian for Dexcom and product brands’ guidelines for the EMEA region.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of marketing efforts, utilizing data-driven insights for ongoing improvement.
- Developing CRM journeys and content, while also contributing input and content for the entire digital ecosystem, in collaboration with regional digital teams and local marketing teams.
What makes you successful:
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role (ideally in a regulated environment)
- You have demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- You bring sound knowledge of communication strategies and activation plans, in DTC and preferably HCP marketing.
- You are familiar with different research methodologies and insight generation methods.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, regional, and local management teams.
- Regional / multi market experience is preferred?

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
