What will you do

You will act as the Learning Coordinator to manage the delivery of the Learning Curricula, Programs, Courses & Events, as well as supporting all data & reporting needs required.  You will support Learning Program Managers and Business SMEs, cross functional project leads, technical instructors, sales trainers, across EMEA, experienced in Learning Systems, & AI Tools and processes to enable Field learning. This position will require you to also come to the table contribute to the deployment strategies to define the best learning approaches, bringing problem-solving and hard work to everything you do.

How will you do it

  • Impact employees in the region by support Learning Program Managers to deliver learning solutions to help them improve their performance at work.  

  • Investigate new opportunities, leveraging AI Tools, to contribute to the development of effective training that is impactful and inventive

  • Work closely with the Learning Curricula Owners to ensure that the learning experience and content are useful and relevant for all teams to support improved performance

  • Guide the project team to set incorporate the use of AI Tools, to be able to deliver curricula more efficiently to Field Audiences, delivering learning in the flow of work

  • Partner with other Learning Coordinators, & Systems teams to globally to share best practices, collaborate, and drive consistency across the organization, as we work to deploy this global system

  • Communicate and manage learning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across a spectrum of teams and stakeholders

  • Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of managers, instructors, SMEs and internal clients

  • Ensure lessons learned and best practices from previous learning initiatives and deployments are captured and implemented into cross functional projects.

  • Help implement metrics and evaluation protocols for learning deliverables in region. 

What we look for 

Required 

  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative role

  • Strong writing and communication skills in English language

  • A vision and passion for learning with the drive to turn ideas into action

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams and cultures

  • Excellent influencing skills with all levels of the organisation, and practiced in change management across a complex, multicultural environment

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability able to influence at a senior level

  • Has personal ethics, does quality work and has a positive attitude

  • Ability to create content rapidly using different authoring tools, AI Tools

Preferred

  • Previous experience in Learning Coordinator role with recent large complex learning project experience

  • Experience collaborating with instructors, IDs, learning professionals, product managers, vendors, program managers and stakeholders

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Education, Content Development Instructional Design and/or relevant business degree

  • Previous experience supporting teams in a manufacturing environment

  • Previous experience supporting delivery of  large training programs across many audiences, countries, Learning Project Management

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, across many countries

  • Knowledge and understanding of our products or related industries

The gross salary is starting from 1760 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience. This salary is our minimum advertised salary.
