What will you do?

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading data analytics initiatives within Johnson Controls. You will develop and implement data analytics programs, strategies, and processes that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will prioritize tasks, manage resources, and ensure successful execution of analytics projects to drive business results.

Define the strategic vision and roadmap for data analytics initiatives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data analytics projects to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop and maintain project plans and resource allocations for multiple analytics initiatives.
Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to derive insights from complex data sets.
Communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation in analytics processes.
Manage project risks and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analytics project management.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Experience with data governance and data quality principles.
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning is a plus.
