Freelance Project Manager - Berlin based

ICF NEXT is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to support the implementation and supervision of a multi-phase campaign. This external resource will work in a hybrid capacity, with regular on-site presence required at the client’s premises in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of campaign execution
• Provide strategic advice and manage project timelines
• Coordinate event logistics and delivery
• Lead media planning and buying activities

Profile Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project, campaign, and event management
• Proven expertise in strategic consulting and media operations
• Fluent German (C2 level) and proficient English
• Must be based in Berlin or nearby; weekly in-person meetings are required (travel expenses not reimbursed)
• Willingness to travel for event support as outlined in the campaign concept
