Job Description

This role is critical in understanding our inventory strength & supplier portfolio to formulate a good inventory strategy for winning in the markets that Traveloka operates in. As the Inventory Strategy & Operations team, you are at the center of our inventory sourcing management effort to improve its quality & competitiveness. You will need to crunch the data & information, generate insight, coordinate stakeholders & own initiatives.

  • Analyze supplier performance, user funnel data, inventory availability & inventory quality to identify opportunities for business growth

  • Collaborate with marketing, pricing, growth, commercial and product teams to drive sales, enhance conversion, and boost revenues

  • Optimize the in-app user journey to improve conversion rates, revenue, and overall funnel performance

  • Create frameworks and SOP to ensure seamless coordination across functions and markets to deliver end-to-end success in user journey and sales conversion.

  • Implement frameworks and tools to measure inventory health & performance.

  • Run special projects to improve the way of working across the markets and explore new strategies.

  • Partner with tech and product teams to implement feature improvements that elevate user experience and conversion.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and sustain product competitiveness.

  • Learn about API integrations and work with Technical Product Managers to identify development opportunities.

  • Lead team members to ensure high quality in multiple countries managed & coach them for success.

Requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • 4 years or more of relevant working experience. Experience in the travel industry, other technology companies, or global consulting field is a plus.

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or any other quantitative field from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0.

  • Proven experience in metrics optimization, user journey improvement, or revenue growth roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and funnel performance analysis.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with campaign management and traffic optimization is a plus

  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business outcomes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
