Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and action-oriented leader to head the Digital Marketing team for CA Asia, overseeing a fast-evolving function at the heart of Electrolux’s digital commerce acceleration. This role is critical to driving profitable D2C growth by ensuring that marketing delivers the right visibility, content, and traffic across marketplaces and brand.com, through media, performance content, and conversion-focused digital execution.
The Digital Marketing Head will lead a regional team responsible for delivering media performance, content, digital tool adoption, and marketplace readiness across CA Asia. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight—ensuring the team drives activation across marketplaces and brand.com through high-impact media, A-plus commerce content, and operational support. This leader will work closely with Regional Ecom, Digital, Media, and country eCommerce teams to enable efficient delivery and measurable business results.
What You'Ll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Act as the single point of contact for CA D2C team on digital marketing-related topics, including campaign strategy, annual planning, and content/media deliverables.
- Co-own the overarching digital plan for CA with the BA Digital team (Europe-based), ensuring regional input into global strategy and readiness for market execution.
- Drive digital marketing excellence across the region in media, marketplaces content, performance tracking, and test-and-learn pilots (e.g., Generative AI for content production, performance-led creative optimization, dynamic product feed automation, and post-purchase engagement models).
Performance Marketing & Media
- Oversee marketplace media and brand store campaigns across Southeast and North Asia.
- Own performance media deliverables in collaboration with BA Media and local execution teams.
- Co-lead commerce content and digital sales funnel initiatives supporting D2C and 3P Marketplace business.
Digital Tools, Analytics & Governance
- Lead adoption and continuous improvement of digital MarTech tools (PIM, DAM, Analytics, Workflow management tools).
Country Support & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure countries are enabled to use central tools effectively: provide hands-on operational support, training, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with cross-functional local teams (eCommerce, Trade Ops, Brand) to ensure promotional calendars, content mapping, and media are aligned and executed.
- Represent CA Asia in global forums and ensure regional needs are met in centrally driven projects and platform evolution.
Who you are :-
- 8–12 years of experience in digital or eCommerce marketing, with proven leadership in performance media, content operations, and analytics.
- Deep understanding of marketplaces marketing in Asia, especially platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and regional initiatives in a matrixed, multinational environment.
- Strong track record of managing complex stakeholder networks across global, regional, and country levels—including external agencies and platform partners.
- Excellent communication, project leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in scaling digital marketing capabilities across diverse country contexts.
- Prior ownership of digital operations spanning multiple markets,.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, content management platforms, and digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
- Background in consumer durables, or FMCG a plus.
Team Management
This role directly manages a regional team of 4 (plus dotted line collaboration with BA Media resource). Team scope includes marketplaces media, analytics, digital peoject management and operations.
