Job Description

• Customer technical support across all ADI products and technologies, both F2F and online- DFAE support, training and education
• Solution development with BU/TG- Problem solving (Tecnical issues)
• NBO creation and DIN/WIN conversion
• Leverage and manage distribution resource for business expansion, share gain and pipeline growth- Feedback technology trend and customer requirment to BU/TG- Improvement digital support infrastructure e.g. ADI web data and FAQ
